Why Baud Training Center?
  There are a number of reasons for choosing BTC as your training partner, and these are:

Where is the training held?
  BTC provides its customers with 3 options for holding their in-house training:
1. BTC training halls
These are purpose-built halls fully equipped with the latest integrated audio/video equipment and tools. In addition, the training center has a central location in Jeddah with easy access as shown in the map.
2. Local 5-star Hotels
Training could be held in the appropriate facilities of selected hotels at customer's request, in Jeddah and other cities in the kingdom.
3. Customer's Own Training Facilities
Some customers prefer to hold their in-house training in their own controlled environment within their training facilities. In such cases BTC provides the required level of support to compliment customer's own services.

What are the services provided by BTC for the training event?
  BTC provides the following standard services for the training program whether it is held in BTC or else where.
1. Training Package which contains the material notes, workshop exercises extra handouts and any other tools appropriate for the program.
2. Each trainee receives a set of stationeries including note book, pencil, and a highlighter.
3. Presentation tools including the projector, flip charts, and markers
4. Hospitality including tea, coffee, and juice plus light snack. A full meal can be arranged as per agreement with the customer.
Other related optional services include:
1. Arrangement of hotel accommodation at discounted prices for trainees in hotels where training is held.
2. Arrangement of air tickets and travel packages for contractual programs held outside Saudi Arabia.

What is the mechanism for participating in BTC training courses and payment of fees?
  Registration:
The easiest way for joining a training course with BTC is send an E-Mail to register@baudtrain.com  or fill in the registration form at our web site www.baudtrain.com . You can also send a fax to 02-6918787 Ext 369 or call our team on 02-6918787 Ext 777 who will welcome all your enquiries.
Fees Payment:
You may pay your training fees using one of the following methods:
1. Direct deposit/transfer of the fees into our account at the National Commercial Bank (NCB) and faxing back a copy of the confirmation

2. Payment by cash at our BTC offices.

What is the level of accreditation of the training certificates obtained through BTC?
  All the training courses offered by BTC are approved by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and therefore all certificates issued are similarly validated. In addition, some of the courses are held in jointly with some of our international partners, such as Canada Global Centre (CGC) or Celtic Communications Europe (CCE), in which case we issue our own approved TVTC certificate in addition to our partner own international certificate.
 

What is the possibility of postponing a scheduled training program? And what are the procedures in such case?
  BTC policy is to fulfill its obligations to the registered delegates on scheduled program regardless of the financial aspects. However, in rare occasions where we have no choice but to postpone the course, the delegates are informed of the decision and the new date and they have the choice to reschedule or we refund their fees in full.

What are the consequences of not attending a booked training program?
  When a delegate fails to attend a training program he already paid for in total, then cancellation policy applies, which is:
1. Refund of the full paid fees if cancellation is received in writing or through E-mail within more than 3 weeks of program starting date, or in case the program is cancelled or postponed by BTC.
2. Deduction of 25% of the full fees if informed within at least 2-3 weeks of program starting date.
3. Deduction of 50% of the full fees if similarly informed at least within 1-2 weeks of program starting date.
4. Deduction of full fees if informed within less than 1 week of program starting date.
